As a professional print studio Code Ice operates an ICC profiled colour managed workflow.
As a standard originals are scanned, and subsequent workflow maintained, at 16bit. We do not convert 8bit to 16bit, and so if 8bit files are supplied to Code Ice then they are maintained in that format.
Our systems are calibrated to a D50 white point and all print / original assessments undertaken under industry standard Solux D50 reference lights. SoLux lights have a colour temperature and spectral output closest to the reference standard for lighting used in colour management systems.
Where scanning is undertaken in conjunction with final print output then those scanning charges will be reduced.
Print prices are costed according to the service required.
Direct output prints are literally that, output as received at Code Ice and must be fully prepared by the client. See this link for further information on setting up your files for sending to Code Ice.
Production prints are made on client instructions. An A4 sheet sized proof print is made available.
Master prints are those produced in close collaboration with the artist, and only released once checked and approved by Peter. |
